Return Policy

Southwest Arts and Design has a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) If you are returning an item by calling 915-778-1818 (retail) or 915-778-3001 (wholesale) Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm MST, or emailing us at swartsanddesign@gmail.com.  Returns must be in its original packaging and have its original tags.

Defective Products

If the product has a defect we will replace the defective items or you may request a refund or credit. If requesting a replacement, we will cover USPS or ground shipping on the new item(s) being sent to you. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your replacement or refund.

Other Return Reasons

If you want to return any items for any reason other than for defects, contact us first and obtain a RMA. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to us for inspection. In order to receive a credit or refund, all items must be in its original packaging and have its original tags. There will be a 5% restocking fee for any returns.

Return Packaging

Using a good carton, return your package by insured US Mail or other carrier (UPS, FedX, etc.).

Please include a copy of your packing slip. If you don’t have your packing slip, please include a list of the items being returned and state the company, purchaser’s name, address and date of purchase. If the product is defective, please indicate how it is defective.
